Noteworthy Medical Systems is seeking an experienced and proven Business Development Executive with a healthcare IT background for the Eastern United States.

Noteworthy Medical Systems develops comprehensive software solutions that surpass typical expected functionality. Our sophisticated web-based, EHR, PM, e-Prescribing and report/lab management applications enable independent physicians, hospitals and healthcare communities to securely exchange clinical data, refer patients, provide consults and access a patient's medical history (labs, radiology, Rx and more).

We are seeking ambitious, self-directed high-achievers that are able to work independently and as part of a team, set personal goals, identify obstacles and solutions, and take personal responsibility for the accomplishment of both their individual and team performance objectives.


Requirements:

· 5-10 years selling strategic healthcare solutions to C-level within hospital market
· Understands healthcare, ie., the hospitals, health systems, PHOs, IPAs at a reasonable level and what their strategic problems and issues are generally and particularly as it relates to physicians
· Ability to network : able to work a geography, get to know the players and leverage personal relationships to get to decision makers in a market
· Mature, articulate, personable, credible; someone you want to work with and have a long term relationship with
· Ability to work well cross-functionally within dynamic and growing organization
· Strong relationships across region with; hospitals, consultants, physicians, healthcare organizations
· Strong strategic planning, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
· Team player; ability to collaborate with internal teams
· Strong financial background with ability to put together $1M+ deals
· Sales leadership experience preferred; will work with Sales Executives and SSP’s
· Ability to manage multiple large prospects at the same time
