CDI is need of 4 Exceptional Business Systems Analysts.

The chosen employees will be expected to provide technical assistance to staff subordinates and often perform as a team leader.
This position requires a minimum 3 years of previous Development Skills.
Experience Integrating Java applications, Portal, Databases, and Websphere environment.
Object-oriented design and analysis.
ossess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Experience in the areas of scoping, defining requirements, technical design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide leadership/mentoring to technical team members.
Must be a self-starter, very organized and able to work independently as well as in small groups, including both technical and business areas.

Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate IT activities during the lifecycle of multiple applications, primarily web-based.
Devise feasible solutions for complex business problems using insight and creativity in evaluating alternatives.
Develop and document business case/scope/plan, business/functional requirements.
Develop and document user flows and wireframes.
Question proposed technical solution logic as well as facilitate discussions between the various technical groups, ie developers, DBAs, network services, etc.
