Job Description
Job Title: Vice President of Credit Risk Location: Berks County, Pennsylvania Job Description Reports to the Chief Risk Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Executive Management. Supports corporate Finance initiatives, including those related to Risk Based Capital implementation, public and regulatory disclosures. Responsibilities include the management of the Corporate Credit Services group. Ensures all company, division and departmental policies, regulatory and compliance concerns and procedures are effective and implemented.
Qualifications
- 10 years prior corporate banking/risk management experience
- BS/BA in business, finance, or accounting
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Bank policy/credit experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel within bank's market area, handle multiple projects, prioritize and deal with pressure and stress
