The Asset Specialist will be a part of PNC's Consumer Services which is America's largest business process outsourcing provider of consumer lending services, managing over 1.87 million accounts representing more than $36.3 billion in assets under management.  You will be based at PNC's Consumer Loan Center located in the historic Strip District.
 
Whether your speciality is Bankruptcy or Foreclosure or Litigation your client driven day will begin by reviewing files to determine what legal action needs to be taken.  Specialists prepare letters to attorneys, monitor sherrif sales, complete Bid Forms, Proof of Claims and Reaffirmation Agreements while ensuring compliance to PNCs guidelines and contracts regarding impaired loan accounts.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
 
  • Associate's degree in business finance or at least 2 years working experience consumer collection.
  • Four years direct handling of Bankruptcy or Foreclosure or Litigation matters.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal written and verbal communication.
  • Credit Bureau Analysis.
  • Federal Bankruptcy laws as it relates to all chapters of the bankruptcy code.
  • State Foreclosure Regulations (Mortgage Assistance Program IE Act 6 and Act 91).
  • Legal processing required.
  • Electronic filings.
